05/2023 to 08/2023
Served as a Senior Consultant and Medicaid Subject Matter Expert under a contract with Maximus Inc. and Swipe-Jobs Corporation. Served the Maximus DDI team to Design Develop and Implement a Provider Management Module, and to integrate the module into the TennCare MES. Provided deliverable content and worked to improve the deliverable management and Operational Readiness Review (ORR) processes Maximus uses to serve their PDMS client States.
State of Illinois DOIT, Integrated Eligibility System Technical Refresh Project.
04/2021 to 10/2022
Served as a Senior Consultant and Medicaid Subject Matter Expert under the Diversified Services Network contract with NTTDATA, serving the State of Illinois. Provided subject matter expertise and facilitated meetings with State and vendor stakeholders to perform Technical Refresh activities on the Illinois Integrated Eligibility System (IES). Served as a member of the NTTDATA Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver meeting records, status reports, and to document project risks, issues, mitigation plans, and corrective action plans.
